Some new molars of Pachyportax are recovered from the Late Miocene-Early Pliocene of the Middle Siwalik Subgroup. The material allowed the identification of two species of Pachyportax: P. latidens and P. nagrii. Pachyportax nagrii is known with a rare fossil record. These findings enhance our knowledge on the anatomical characters of the described species.
